Pharaon offers a Chess Tutorial Tool as an UCI option in version 2.62.
In newer versions (3.0, 3.1 and 3.2) this tool isn't available but programmer Franck ZIBI will add the tool again.

A stronger version of Delfi, Delfi Trainer, can be order on the webpage of programmer Dr. Fabio Cavicchio.
Delfi offers an option to reduce the ELO strength in a configuration file (Delfi.ini).
