NOTE:
Here can be found update files of Arena Chess GUI versions.
You need one of the latest Arena Setup files, available on Arena webpages (download selection).
Replace the setup files with the newer beta test update files!

Arena 1.092 Pre Release (1,144 Mb, Arena.exe, language file, restarter file)

Changes:
- bugfixes!
     Hopefully (please check!) everyting fixed except the ICS-bugs.
- new commandline option "/shutdown", use it to shutdown the computer after a tournament.
- no more shutdowns or Arena-restarts should happen if you use Arena in batchfiles like
     start /wait Arena.exe /runtournament "Test-Gegner1.at"
     start /wait Arena.exe /runtournament "Test-Gegner2.at"
     ...
     last line can be now:
     start /wait Arena.exe /runtournament "Test-Gegner9.at" /shutdown
- many spelling errors in english version and helpfile removed.
- OS + Hardware detection improved, please check.
     Note: This is just for information, has no impact on program behaviour.
- please check also: Book import from PGN, material difference, (de)activate engines.
- support for Prodeo added (set-up position and current move).

Arena 1.09 Beta 9 (1,273 Mb, Arena.exe, language file, english help, restarter file)

Changes:
- captured pieces + FEN display in opening area.
- movelist new.
- analysis output new.
- saving new appearance.
- book transpositions.
- maximum opening classifications now 12000.
- FRC: Display of position number. Load position by number in "Set up position" dialogue.
Right-click on the "New" toolbar-button!
- Yahoo chess server probably works (removed "-").
- new commandline option "/nosplash", hides splash screen during starting phase.
- clearly improved support for the newer version of Stefan's UCI protocol.
- some improvements for the "edit position" options!
- new analyze line graphics with a lot of new options !!
Martin Blume need the most time for this fantastic new possibilities.
- move transpositions (new opening book option).
- changes in game notation windows.
- UCI filter option, idea by Volker Annuss!
- new settings for the "permanent statistic ... +- 3.0
- restarter file!
- some bugfixes and some new other options!

Für mich ein Buch mit sieben Siegeln!
Hatte diesen Fehler selbst nicht bei Turnieren allerdings in einer mir nicht mehr geläufigen Kombination auch schon gesehen.
Ich vermute es liegt am Arbeitsspeicher bzw. wenn kein RAM mehr zur Verfügung steht, virtueller RAM zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
Vermutlich liegt auch Richard Pijl richtig, Hans hat ein paar Lösungsvorschläge erarbeitet!
